Hello, my name is Kristin and my daughter had the amazing opportunity to attend a ballet summer intensive in California this year. She is fifteen-year-old dancer and has been dancing for over 10 years. It has been a dream of hers to go to a summer intensive like this one. She recently auditioned and was accepted into a ballet summer intensive that's in a state that she has dreamed of going to. At this summer intensive, she would have the chance to improve her technique, take partnering ballet classes, see a new city, and so much more. A ballet summer intensive may seem silly to some but to her, it means a whole lot, the opportunity to go away over the summer and get to dance every day while meeting new people and gaining real-world experience would be amazing! This intensive would help her to become a more versatile and advanced dancer and make new friends as well. The only thing that is preventing us from being able to let her go is the cost.

The costs for tuition, lodging, transportation and food totals $5,470. This doesn’t include additional expenses like the flight to and from, laundry services, snacks and other things I haven’t even considered yet.
