Audrey's Transition Fund of Excitement & Wonder!
Hi there! I’m Audrey. I am a trans woman, and I have been out for just over a year now. Shortly after I came out, I lost the care and support of my mother and have had to rush through everything about living on my own. Suddenly I had to find a place to live, get my own car and insurance, and my own phone plan, plus I still had to take care of some transition expenses like medicine and voice lessons. All of this has been a shock to me, but luckily I was able to move in with my partner, and I have been able to keep a steady job. As a result, I’ve been able to afford some of my transition goals. However, the larger goals are still out of my reach.
While I can take care of the smaller transition goals, I am still hitting a wall in dealing with larger expenses like legal fees to have my name legally changed and making sure it’s all done correctly, and with more intensive gender-affirming surgeries like facial feminization and “bottom surgery.”
I know that times are tough for all of us; that’s why any help you can give will mean the world to me knowing that someone out there wants the best for me as much as I do. Any donation you can spare will go a long way to helping this trans girl blossom, and even if you aren’t able to donate, sharing my fund and spreading the word about it would be just as important and impactful as any donation.
