Audrey's Pediatric Treatment for CRPS

Hi, My name is Sarah and I am fundraising on behalf of my dear friends Sophia, Carlos and their young daughter Audrey. A few months ago in August, Audrey had a knee injury when she fell at summer camp. For the past few months, they've been to urgent care, the ER, pediatric orthopedic surgeon, pediatrician, and physical therapy, along with two x-rays and 1 MRI. Mind you, they kept diagnosing her with sprained knee without a MRI and we had to push to get one. They couldn't find anything wrong, so every doctor treated it as anxiety and no one seemed to listen to the level of pain Audrey was reporting and we were instructed to push her more to move her knee. The more we pushed the worse it got.

Fast forward and Audrey has been diagnosed with CRPS(Pediatric complex regional pain syndrome) which is now effecting her central nervous system. After Audrey being unable to eat and speak, Sophia took another trip to the ER with her daughter. With not much helping Audrey in the ER, Sophia and Carlos made the decision after some deep research to fly out of state to FL to begin testing with Pediatric Specialists to see if Audrey was a good candidate for their treatment.

Audrey today had her first test and has shown she is a true fighter, she wants to be healed and is doing all she can to speak and eat again! the specialist say she qualifies for treatment and will begin very soon on her journey of recovery treatment.

I am helping this family in fundraising for any donations to help their daughter thrive again! Sophia and her family have always been so giving and has always been someone there when you need her and i would like to do the same for her! It really does take a village to raise children and this is why I am calling on support from all of you! any donation great or small would help this family out in giving the treatment their daughter so much desperately needs.
