Audrey was born without a pulmonary artery — a rare and serious congenital condition that affects only about 100 babies in the U.S. each year. Despite routine ultrasounds and genetic testing, nothing indicated a concern during pregnancy. Her diagnosis came shortly after birth, bringing unimaginable shock and heartbreak.

Audrey will require open-heart surgery to create a new pulmonary artery. Until then, her family remains at a hospital in Houston, anxiously waiting for the right time for this life-saving procedure.
