Hello, and thank you in advance for reading. My name is Audrey Sledge, and I am making this fundraiser so I can cremate my father who just passed away.

Thursday, August 7th 2025, my father Glen Thomas Sledge passed away around 1:15pm. Honestly, it has been a lot to deal with, especially him passing away on what was my 30th birthday.. To make matters worse, I am having to deal with my father's girlfriend and my uncle attempting to keep me out of everything, the fact that he is in deep country Mississippi and I am located in Northern Ohio now. I have been assured that nothing happens without my consent, so I know his body is safe. I am unable to safely get where his remains are, and burial will cost me close to 5 thousand. I would like to have my father with me at the very least, so I am already working with the crematory to have him cremated and sent to me. I need a total of $2200 for the cremation, urn and the secured shipping from Pontotoc Mississippi to Cleveland Ohio. I have about $700 already, but I genuinely need help to come up with the remainder so I can take care of my father's final adventure.
