URGENT NEED FOR $11,000 BY JULY 22, 2025

My sister, Audrey Hester is 41 years old and was diagnosed with Invasive Ductile Carcinoma Stage 2 Metastatic Breast Cancer in January of 2025. For those familiar with breast cancer, she is Grade 3 on the Nottingham Scale, is negative to Estrogen & Progesterone receptors, but 3.5+ on the HER2 receptor. She found the lump in Sept. 2024; however, despite requesting an earlier screening and mammogram, she was unable to get in for a mammogram until Jan. 2025. By this time, it had already spread to surrounding lymph node as well.

She is married to Barry Hester of Booneville, AR. They live in Heavener, OK. She is a proud bonus mom to Blaid Heflin, mom to Jocilin & Maddox Heflin, and Francesca Hester. And proud bonus grandmother to Kole and Carter Heflin. Daughter to Frank & Linda Earven of Hodgen, OK.

Their medical coverage is through Christian-Care Medi-Share, and half of the oncology team and Highland's Oncology have signed single contract agreements to be in network with her network fee schedule. While where her surgery will be performed at Washington Regional and the second Oncology Surgeon that is needed are not in network and they are requiring $11,000 down for the first surgery scheduled July 29th, 2025 and a monthly payment plan to cover the other half of the surgeons fees. This doesn't include the facility fees, or anesthesiologist. After healing for 8-10 weeks, Audrey will have to stay in NWA for radiation 5 days a week for 4 weeks, and once it is safe proceed with the reconstruction surgery. UPDATE 07.07.2025 WASHINGTON REGIONAL HAS REACHED OUT AND THEY ARE TRYING TO FINALIZE A SINGLE CONTRACT AGREEMENT. PLEASE PRAY THAT THIS CAN BE FINALIZED, AS WELL AS AGREEMENTS WITH THE OTHER SURGEON, ANESTHESIOLOGIST, AND ANY OTHER OUTSIDE PARTIES INVOLVED IN BILLING.
