Audrey and Brigette's Kilimanjaro fund raiser

Hi! My name is Audrey, and in late June, my mum (Brigette) and I will be attempting to summit Mount Kilimanjaro (the tallest mountain in Africa!).

As part of preparing for this adventure, we knew we wanted to do more than just climb the mountain...we wanted to connect with and support the local community in Moshi, Tanzania.

It felt like fate when, during one of my soccer matches, Mum met Cherie, a woman who spends half the year in Tanzania working with local charities. After chatting with her, we were introduced to an amazing organization: Team Vista.

Team Vista is a charity dedicated to eliminating educational poverty in Moshi. Their mission really resonated with us. We believe access to quality education can truly change lives and help break the cycle of poverty, something we both feel strongly about.

We’ve created this GoFundMe to support Team Vista. Every dollar raised will go directly to the charity, either through child sponsorship or a direct donation. No amount is too small, anything you’re able to give will go a long way in making a real difference.
