This page is to raise funds which will allow the Audley Funding / Truva Action Committee, and their lawyers Culbert Ellis of London:
- To prepare a case against the parties responsible for the AF bonds, to the level required to obtain Legal Funding, and
- To pursue mechanisms to recover compensation from the security for the bond (the Hellyer Mine).
For more details see the committee's bulletin number 4 issued on 24/11/2025.
Anyone is welcome to donate to this page, anonymously or otherwise. Please donate in GBP if possible.
However, if you are specifically a beneficial owner of failed Audley Funding plc bonds wishing to be represented by the committee, or if you are an interested party such as a financial advisor wishing to make a recorded contribution, please register before you donate, using one of the links below, and then donate on this page using the registration code and instructions the committee will provide you with by email. The registration code will allow the committee to link your donation to your registration, and will allow you to make the donation show as anonymous on this page, if you wish. All registered donors will receive bulletins from the committee, and donors who are registered beneficial owner donors will receive a share of compensation obtained through legal action pursued by the Audley Funding Truva Action Committee.
For other enquiries use the email provided in the committee bulletins.
If insufficient funds are raised, donations will be refunded directly from GoFundMe using their mechanisms. If the committee is able to move forward, and compensation is obtained by the committee's legal actions, donations will be returned and compensation distributed according to the scheme laid out in the committee's Bulletin number 4 issued on 24/11/2025.
The Audley Funding Truva Action Committee
20TH APRIL 2026 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED AT THE REQUEST OF GO FUND ME
This fundraiser was set up by Timothy Kreule, one member of the Audley Funding / Truva Action Committee, to raise funds for the Committee to carry out the activities described above. The Committee was set up to seek compensation for beneficial owners of bonds issued by Audley Funding, which failed with 100% loss in 2021. In general the committee releases portions of the raised funds, usually on lawyer activities, and keeps the donors informed through bulletins.
More specifically, as of April 2026, the Committee has decided to spend a portion of the funds raised to determine whether the security in the Hellyer Mine is still in place and is legally enforceable in Australia. This will be described in more detail in Bulletins 7 and 8.
In practical terms, funds from this page will be held in a dedicated savings account by the committee member Timothy Kreule, while the above portion will be transferred to lawyers in Australia. The remaining funds, plus any future donations, will either be transferred to lawyers for future work, or refunded to donors as described in Bulletin 4.
