Help Ron Fight Cancer

This is our chance to give back to someone who has given so much for this country. U.S. Navy Captain David (Ron) Jahn (retired) served our country as an Intelligence officer for almost three decades, commanding three separate intelligence units supporting U.S. Pacific Command, Southern Command, and Central Command Joint Intelligence Operations Centers. Ron also served as an instructor at Naval Nuclear Power School. In his civilian life, Ron continued to serve our country by leading research and development efforts for a large Surveillance and Reconnaissance program of national importance. In 2014, at his marriage reception in Dallas, Texas, he was personally invited by multiple recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor to attend a reception for all living recipients of the Medal of Honor with his wife, Gladys. His love of country was recognized and honored that night by the greatest heroes who have ever served this great nation. Since moving to Arizona, the Jahns have founded Knead Luv Bakery, a gluten-free bakery that has given back so much to the celiac and special-needs diet community.

Ron is facing personal health and financial challenges far greater than those faced during his distinguished military and civilian career. He has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Cancer that has severely restricted his ability to work and care for his wife and nine-year-old daughter. Please help Ron contribute what you can, great or small, to help Ron face and overcome the two greatest challenges in his life – his fight against cancer and his fight to save Knead Luv Bakery. He desperately needs help to cover medical costs associated with chemotherapy, surgery, research-based alternative treatment costs not covered by insurance, and additional staff needed to keep the bakery operating while Ron is being treated for cancer.
