My brother, Thomas Martinez, lives in the Dominican Republic. My mother has raised us as a single mother. Unfortunately, my mother works and she does not receive enough money to pay for this surgery that costs 240,000 pesos. She only gets paid 6,000 pesos biweekly and its not enough.
