Hello friends and family,

On the evening of Wednesday the 20th Aubrie was in a terrible car accident. She was Tboned by another driver, her car spun out and was slammed into a telephone pole. The driver hit and ran but was later caught by police and is in custody. She was rushed to the emergency room at RUHS hospital and sustained multiple severe injuries. She will be there until her surgeries are complete. Her jaw is disloged and fractured in multiple places and multiple teeth are being extracted ( her jaw will be wired shut for an unknown amount of time), her left arm is broken in multiple places and her elbow is shattered. She has 6 broken ribs, a lacerated spleen, internal bleeding and a fractured L2 & L4 in her spine. Her recovery will be long and difficult. She eventually will need to replace her missing teeth and this will not be covered by medical or insurance and will be all out of pocket. Unfortunately, during the accident Aubrie also had her phone and credit card stolen and her bank account wiped out. The bank is looking into the fraud.
