HELP REUNITE US WITH OUR FAMILY AFTER 4 YEARS!
We are Charlie, Alana, and Kaya. We’ve been serving as missionaries in New Zealand with Steiger International for the past 4 years - sharing the hope of Jesus with young people and helping them grow in their faith through intentional discipleship and community living.
Due largely to COVID restrictions and New Zealand’s borders being closed, we haven't been able to see our families since we left the US four years ago! During this time, Alana's brother Isaac got married, Kaya, our first child and our parents’ first grandchild, was born, and Alana's sister Whitney got engaged.
We have the opportunity to travel this year, finally seeing our family and friends in the US and Portugal, and we are all SO excited! Our plan is to visit Charlie's family and our friends in Austin, Texas, our supporting church and some family in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and then finally Alana’s parents, siblings and their spouse/fiancee in Portugal (where most of them serve as missionaries with Steiger)! We will also have opportunities to collaborate with Steiger in Europe and take part in our mission’s International Gathering.
