Hello my name is Jolene. I am 29 years old. In july 2024, I suffered a traumatic brain injury, several broken bones, a spinal injury and permanent right eye damage. Recently fidelis denied 3 procedures for injections that would enable me to live pain free for the first time since the accident. These would help with my severe migraines and back pain.
