Support Det. Kresser's Family in Mourning

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our colleague, Det. William Kresser.

Unfortunately, Det. Kresser succumbed to a self-inflicted gunshot wound. This is a heartbreaking loss.

Det. Kresser was more than a law enforcement officer; his heart was as big as his smile, and his positive energy was truly contagious.

We are doing all we can to support Det. Kresser’s family and friends right now. This is a very difficult time for everyone.

We have started this GoFundMe page for those who wish to help in a tangible way, and help lessen the financial burden Det. Kresser's family is sure to face during this tragic time. The NYC DEP Police Union - Environmental Police Benevolent Association (E.P.B.A.) will transfer and secure these funds to Det.
