Attacked Good Samaritan of NYC Subway Needs Help

We are writing this on behalf of our dear friend, colleague and all around amazing human being, Gideon Moncrieffe.

On Wed 5/10 Gideon was attacked on an NYC subway while he was attempting to make sure a passenger was okay during a verbal altercation on the train between two individuals.

He has been left with a cut/slash on the left side of his face, that starts from the top left of his hairline/forehead and travels down to his chin. He recieved about 50 stitches internally and externally.

While he is recovering at home with family, he has been dealing with the police and DA’s office to track down and prosecute his attacker, also dealing with doctors and plastic surgery consideration.

With the help of close friends, Gideon is hoping to secure a plastic surgery slot at Mount Sinai so that his face can be treated to help reduce the scarring and be reconstructed to be restored as normal as possible.

This procedure will be scheduled after the doctors can review how well Gideon’s face heals during his current recovery process.

On behalf of Gideon and his loved ones, we are reaching out to our community for financial support. Gideon has single-handedly supported so many of us in the entertainment industry in particular - going above and beyond with job placements, care packages and making sure we are well as the industry changes come and go.
