Help!!! Need medical bills & recovery.

viciously attacked by a stalker. chin was bitten off. Head was beaten so severely that there is severe and permanent damage. A man high on a cocktail of drugs and alcohol Attacked this lady from behind and when she woke up he was biting her chin off while still beating on her face. It was at a car wash in Oklahoma City. If anyone finds it in their heart to please help. She will need plastic surgery for her chin and she will also need ongoing medical services. The full payment for everything she needs is $10,000.
