We need your help! Myself and 3 friends are taking on the insane challenge of rowing across the Atlantic. That's right, we are going to row 3000 nautical miles (that's almost 3500 miles) across the Atlantic on the Worlds Toughest Row. From La Gomera to Antigua we will face waves up to 6 meters tall and row in shifts of 2 hours on, 2 hours off, 24/7 for up to 40 days, unassisted. Throughout the row we will average 1.5 million row strokes and burn around 5000 calories a day.

Once we get our 'land legs' back after the row, we will be selling all our equipment to the next team to cross and all proceeds and donations will go to charity. We have chosen a children's charity called Telethon 7 which supports the medical and social welfare of sick, vulnerable and disadvantaged children.

Firstly we need to raise those funds to buy the essential equipment and food that we need to complete our row.
