MEET THE TEAM
OUR MISSION
We are Darryl & Sean of team TWO-INNA-ROW and in December 2022 we will be embarking on an extraordinary challenge, ‘The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge’.
We will be rowing 3,000 miles unassisted across the Atlantic Ocean to raise money to help others fight one of the worst diseases on our planet; CANCER!
Starting in La Gomera in the Canary Islands and finishing in Antigua in the Caribbean. It cannot be underestimated how dangerous this challenge will be. We will come across 20ft waves, row over sea valleys 5 miles deep, battle against huge storms - To put this into perspective, more people have scaled Everest.
DONATIONS
All donations via our GoFundMe page are greatly appreciated. Your donations will help us raise money for our charities, ‘Children with Cancer UK’, ‘Kids Cancer Foundation', and ‘The Cancer Society of The Bahamas’,
In order for us to spread the word and raise awareness for our chosen charities we have to raise a staggering amount to enable us to take part. To ensure we have the best chance in competing and championing the work our charities do.
A lot of the cost incurred on the boat and equipment will be recouped upon re-sale and the proceeds will go to our Cancer Charities. Our goal is to bring in enough sponsorships so that all donations go directly to our charities plus any extra sponsorship funds we raise!

For every £10 / $15 / R200 donated you will join the TWO-INNA-ROW supporters club and will receive a shout out on all of our social media platforms.
Cabin Club
For every £100 / $140 / R2,000 donated your name will be added to the inside of our cabin for the team to see every day and feel motivated.
Wall of Fame (max of 250 names)
The first 250 donations of £250 / $350 / R5,000 will join our wall of fame where your name will be on the outside of the boat for all to see.
No donation is too big or too small. Every donation helps those who need it!

WHY THESE CHARITIES
Fighting cancer comes in many forms, whether medically, financially, physically, or emotionally. Each of these charities that we represent covers the needs of the patients and their families in one way or another, assisting them in dealing with the daily struggles and traumas that cancer can inflict.
In children early detection of cancer is not always possible as it is such a rare illness. Children should not have to deal with cancer. Children's lives should be filled with joy, with innocence, with happiness. They should not have to fight for their young lives.
The sad truth is that's exactly what some children have to do.
We need to do all we can to fight this disease in children to give them a future where they can just be children and not have to bear such a burden of suffering on their young lives.
We have all been affected by or know someone who has suffered from this illness. Even the 2 team members of TWO-INNA -ROW.
Sean’s wife battled with cancer in 2012 and her daughter in 2020. Darryl’s mom, and his wife’s aunt both lost their battles with cancer. Having seen the effects of cancer first-hand, and now as Darryl is a new father with a toddler in his life, it has firmed up his decision to dedicate the crossing to fighting children’s cancer.
Sean’s wife has successfully assisted in fundraising events in the Bahamas with the Bahamas Cancer Society and in Florida while working for the non-profit Chamber of Commerce. Darryl has run marathons raising money for different charities. Between all of us we know we have the right team supporting these cancer foundations.
