Hello all,

I am sure that everyone is aware by now that the restaurant industry has been devastated during the current COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. All employees/workers in the industry have been greatly affected, but the ones that are most financially vulnerable right now are those that are in the Back of the House (Line Cooks, Food Runners, Busser's, Prep Cooks, Silver Polishers and Dishwashers). These are the hard working individuals that cook the delicious entrees, deliver the food to the table, clean and prepare it for the next round of guests and wash the china and silverware for us. These employees are by far the most hardworking individuals in the restaurant, and without them, our team would not be able to create such an unbelievable experience for our guests. Myself, and my fellow serving staff are creating this fund EXCLUSIVELY for Back of the House employees that need our voice to reach out for assistance more than ever. We completely understand that these are tough times for everyone in the country, and any assistance to these employees is greatly appreciated. I would like to reiterate again that 100% of these funds will be directly given to ONLY the Back of the House staff, and will be responsibly dispersed to them by Chef Averto (who is contact with the staff) and the Atlantic Fish Company Serving Team. We greatly appreciate your time and efforts and are counting down the days to when we can give you that amazing Atlantic Fish Company experience you all know and love!
