Help with getting caught up

Hello. Once again I'm coming hat in hand because of situations outside of my control. My paycheck was extremely small this week and as such, I am currently $400 short of making my monthly bills. One of these bills is for my car payment, and since having a car out here is absolutely essential, I need help to make sure everything is paid so I can start fresh next month.

I need to come up with this money or a sizable portion thereof by Nov. 30, 2020. I realize this may seem like I have been irresponsible with my money, but I assure you, I have spent every penny of my own income on my bills and I simply do not have enough to cover everything.
