Hello, my name is Jennifer.

Yesterday, the house that my daughter, my almost 2-year-old grandson, and his father were living in burned down.

Everyone is okay, but they lost everything. All they had were the clothes on their backs, and my grandson had just a diaper on when I got there. My daughter didn't have shoes or socks on, and she had to borrow a phone to call me because she didn't have time to grab her phone.

They had to jump through their bedroom window to escape the fire.

I'm not a person to ask anyone for anything, but I feel like I need to put away my pride at this time.

They lost a lot of personal keepsakes and almost lost two of their cats, but luckily, they were found under the rubble huddled up together.

Anything will help. I'd like to be able to raise enough to at least get them some clothes and things that they absolutely need. They both have jobs, so they have income coming in and will hopefully find an apartment, but as of now, they don't have the basic needs.

Again, anything will help and thank you preemptively.
