Ateres Shloime Foreclosure Avoidance Mortgage Settlement

Bais Medrash Ateres Shloime under the leadership of HaRav Mordecai Twerski has been a cornerstone of The Flatbush Community for over 20 years. A number of years ago the shuls' finances hit a bump which caused the mortgages to go into default. The shuls finances have since been straightened out and the primary mortgage re-instated. The second mortgage on the Shul has been in foreclosure and after many years we have just settled it and need to pay it off as there are no re-financing options available. We have raised a good portion of the funds from the Shul however we are still short. Accordingly we are turning to you friends, members of the community, as well as others that have used and benefited from the shul in the past to help us raise the shortfall.
