Atef’s kidney transplant

Hello,

My name is Marline and I currently reside in Regina, Saskatchewan with husband and two kids.  I am doing a GO-FUNDME page to help support my brother Atef who is in dire need of a kidney. My brother Atef currently lives in Beit-Sahour, Palestine with no insurance or government assistance as it is a war torn country. The cost of the kidney transplant will be close to $100,000.00 US dollars. I feel like I’m living through the same pain, feelings, emotion because my father went through the same circumstance. About 10 years ago my father also needed a kidney, and passed away when he was only 67 years of age. Unfortunately my brother has the same condition my father had, which is congenital kidney disease. Both of Atef’s kidneys are currently failing him and is going through dialysis. As a lot of you know, dialysis is only a measure of keeping the inevitable away for a short period of time. Anything to help support my brother would be greatly appreciated. If you know me, you know that I am a person who would never ask of this but this is my brother. He has three beautiful children that are currently in college. He has a beautiful wife who is by his side in pain to see him like this. He is the main financial supporter in his family and I’m heartbroken to see him in this condition. I will be contributing to my brother’s cause but need some help in the process as it is a lot of money, but no amount of funds will keep me from helping my brother.
