July 5, 2026 Hi my name is Diana…I recently turned 71 and urgently need support funds to catchup on back rent before July 12. I am at risk of losing my rental, all my belongings, plus my ability to do workshops, and all the creative items I am currently making to sell. Critical emergency support of $1600 is needed to sustain my home/workspace before July 12 2026 so I do not lose my place. Immediate support to fulfill this fundraiser is vital. Additional funds secure my ability to catch up until enough work funds flow in, as my landlord will work with me if basics are handled. My home is the foundation for everything I do. Without backup funds or credit for anything, I would become just another homeless senior on a waiting list. I was forced to cancel vacation plans and find this home to avoid limb amputation due to a poison brown recluse spider bite on my ankle. Excruciating fiery pain and swelling for a full year made searching, unpacking and even work a very painful task until the wound partially healed late 2025. It took 6 months of viewing places before I was even accepted and out of 60 I was only chosen for two, which was gut wrenching. Apparently senior woman are not the ideal tenant people want. Yet I had excellent credit, fab references and 2.5yrs of savings reserve for rent and bills. Being met with so many obstacles, made it difficult to keep going despite my preparedness. I was ecstatic when the long search ended, but I still had a long road ahead, as a full year of infection and pain affected my ability to do much of anything. As a result, I sacrificed long term investments at their all time lowest just to keep going until I could work again. The losses were great, but I had no choice due to all the challenges that ensued. Self employment meant I was on my own, as other common resources were not available to me, believe me I checked.

I found this ideal home and landlord against all odds and when I look back, I am so very grateful we found each other, as was he. This all inclusive rental for a spacious open concept live/work studio is 30-40% less than everyone I know for alot more, so I want to stay long term for years to come.

Immediate support would release the stress load in a temporary difficult period of life. Just a short year ago, I was in a fantastic position financially before this hardship period. Please help me preserve my home and livelihood. My future senior self is working hard to thrive again and I could really use your help to do so.

Keeping my home and foundation stable is critical to my well being and is my best and least expensive option. Immediate support allows me to get back to full time work without stressing over losing my home, so I can be a productive senior for many years to come. PLEASE HELP.
