Emergency Medical Costs
Tax deductible
The Coulee Region Humane Society is asking for urgent public support to save the lives of two animals in our care that could live long, healthy lives once recovered. CRHS does not have the funds to give these animals the treatment protocols they need, as much as we want to. We cannot let these animals suffer. We need YOUR help to save these pets!
LEO
LEO

Leo came to us in rough shape after being hit by a car in La Crosse. He sustained a pelvic fracture and hip dislocation and cannot use his legs without medical intervention. He will need a plate put in his pelvis to help stabilize it. This requires an orthopedic specialist. The total cost of his recovery plan is estimated to be $6,000.
HERMES

Hermes was a sweet and affectionate, typical kitten in his foster home. As he grew, we became aware of an ear polyp that needed removal. After an initial surgery and rough recovery, we now know that he needs the entire ear canal removed. He also needs two teeth removed due to a condition known as Horner’s Syndrome (partial facial paralysis.) These procedures will also require a specialist, and the estimated cost is $5,000 for his recovery.
The good news? Both little guys are in excellent spirits and are very loving individuals. They will be wonderful companions and family members in their forever homes. We want nothing more than to see them thrive and live the lives they were meant to live! Please consider a donation. Even the smallest amount can make a difference. If every follower donates $5, these animals lives will be changed forever. We can’t do this without you! Thank you.
