Our sweet boy Astro was run over and attacked. We’re not sure if it was another dog or, more likely, a coyote. It’s been one of the hardest things we’ve had to go through. He has lacerations all over his body and had to get staples in four different spots. Right now, he’s on medication and we’re keeping him as comfortable as we can, but he’s just not himself.

We’re doing everything we can to help him heal and get through this, but his medical bills have been way more than we ever expected. Between the emergency visits, treatments, and meds, it’s just a lot.

Astro is such a big part of our family, he’s our baby. And seeing him in pain has been heartbreaking. We just want to give him the best chance at recovering and feeling like himself again.
