Hi, my name is Trish, and I’m reaching out to ask for help with veterinary care for my sweet cat, SodaPop.

SodaPop came into my life a couple of years ago as a rescue. She was under medical care at the SPCA, and my daughter and I originally planned to foster her. But the moment we brought her home, we knew she was part of our family. She's been my snuggle buddy, my lap cat, and honestly, one of my biggest sources of comfort through some very hard times.

Recently, SodaPop was diagnosed with feline asthma. She’s had a couple of attacks, which were scary to witness, and now she needs ongoing care, including daily medication (prednisone), an emergency inhaler (albuterol), and likely long-term use of a prescription steroid inhaler (fluticasone). These medications are lifesaving—but expensive, especially since I’m on a fixed income due to disability.

Right now, I’m doing everything I can to manage her care, but the costs are adding up fast: between vet visits, prescriptions, refills, equipment, and future appointments, I’m overwhelmed. I’m asking for help from anyone who can contribute—no amount is too small—so I can continue giving SodaPop the care she needs and deserves.
