Help Melissa Serrano Beat Cancer

Hi, I'm fundraising for Melissa. She's the love of my life and an amazing single mom to four incredible children. On July 29, 2022, Melissa was diagnosed with Stage 2 Colon Cancer. The best news is that the doctors believe they caught it early. The not-so-great information is that it will require immediate, aggressive attention with radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and surgery that will cost Melissa a fair amount of out-of-pocket money.

Melissa is strong, courageous, and fully intent on fighting this disease with all her power. She's also relatively private and independent, so I'm asking for everyone's help to remove some financial pressure from Melissa as she starts a new job, sends her children back to school, and takes on a formidable opponent in Cancer.

Melissa will endure about 16 weeks of aggressive treatment (possibly longer) and substantial out-of-pocket expenses. Based on early estimations, she's looking at more than $30,000 personally over the next three months.
