Ethan's Transport Vehicle - Medical Assistance

Hello, My name is Andrew. I and my sister, Ashley are starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our friend Angela (an amazing mother with an incredible heart who goes above and beyond for strangers as well as the people in her world), and her son Ethan.
At the age of 1, Ethan was diagnosed with Dyskinetic cerebral palsy, where he experiences severe hypertonia with dystonia and a lot of pain. Today, Ethan is an amazing 9 year old who continues to try to enjoy life despite his extremely debilitating condition. At the moment, his condition has been unresponsive to any medication, leaving him completely confined to his wheelchair and subsequently dependant on his mother Angela for ALL of his daily needs and activities.
Ethan has had 2 major surgeries in the past 3 years with the anticipation of more complex surgeries, not because he chooses them but because he needs them. He is completely immobile and it has become a challenge for Angela to transport Ethan.
Taking care of Ethan from day to day requires a little extra backbone (literally) and Angela being committed to giving Ethan a decent life is doing so even at the expense of her own health.
Because Ethan lives his life from his wheelchair, transportation is vital for both him and his mother. Currently, it is nearly impossible for Angela to enhance Ethan’s quality of life without an adequate vehicle to transport him to the things that he enjoys and needs the most.
Ethan is considered high need, and he has numerous ongoing medical appointments and therapy. He also needs and uses a number of medical devices/ equipment with minimal or no funding options available.
The reason we started this is to help raise funds so Angela can afford the appropriate wheel chair accessible vehicle that would free them both from being home-bound and assist Ethan to do the things he enjoys such as being outdoors, visit with friends he has met in his numerous hospital stints, travel to his obligatory doctors appointments, school etc. Ethan’s condition has deeply impacted his ability to be social and make friends; with his medical team voicing concern that depression may occur in the future if he is unable to do the things he enjoys.
We have looked into wheel chair accessible vehicles, and the current price range for a custom one with a mobility ramp for his condition is roughly $100,000.
We have placed the goal at $100,000, and your support with whatever you can, to assist two very deserving people would mean a lot. Your kind help is deeply appreciated.
