Assist Bolokada Conde to Bring His Wife to the US

Spring is the time to show the people that we love how much we care about them. For over 20 years, Master Drummer Bolokada Condé has been tirelessly sharing his culture and musical tradition with the world. Thousands of people have benefited from his generous spirit and energy. His contribution to African drumming in the U.S. and beyond has been far-reaching.

Bolokada works constantly, and lives frugally in America, so that he can support his village and family. Through his nonprofit, and to improve his natal village, he has contributed to building two wells, a bridge, a hospital, a mosque and a school throughout the years. Pretty amazing!

Now, he is asking for personal help with the goal of bringing his wife, Fatoumata, to join him in the U.S. Like his son, who passed from diabetes, Fatoumata is battling the onset of the disease. Unfortunately, Guinea doesn’t have the resources available to get what is considered routine diabetic care in the U.S. Bolokada is concerned for her future and really needs your support at this time.
