Assistant Principal needs help after car accident.

Donation protected
My assistant principal, Mr. Timothy Collier, a dedicated father of two teenaged children, and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. was in a horrible hit and run car accident on November 8, 2019, in Atlanta, GA. His son is autistic and depends on him daily. He was extricated from the vehicle and suffered many severe injuries, including a broken spine, hip, and femur. He was hospitalized from November 8, 2019, until March 6, 2020. Due to his accident, he will have to hire someone to assist him and his son.

The path ahead will be extensive. Doctors say he will be in physical therapy for several months and will need a caretaker 24 hours a day. He will have to use a wheelchair for ambulation and requires adaptive equipment to be able to sit, stand, bathe, walk, sleep, and dress. Even getting into the house or car will be challenging. His home will need renovations that will be conducive to his new lifestyle. In addition to the physical and emotional challenges, Mr. Collier could be financially drained because of this accident.
