Assistance with the Costs of a Crown Court Transcript
Hello, my name is Keith Hinchliffe, and I am seeking help with the costs of obtaining my crown court transcript. I was a victim of historic child abuse, and having access to this transcript would greatly assist me in understanding the details of my case, as I was unable to witness the entirety of the proceedings.
Obtaining the crown court transcript is crucial not only for my personal knowledge but also for providing further evidence to support my claim for redress against the organizations responsible for the abuse I endured. Unfortunately, due to my wife's recent battle with stage 3 breast cancer and her subsequent unemployment for over two years, our finances have been depleted.
Having gone through such a challenging time with my wife's health and financial struggles, we are unable to bear the burden of the costs associated with obtaining the crown court transcript. Any assistance or support in covering these expenses would be greatly appreciated.
