Recently, I have been able to get the ball rolling for a partial hysterectomy! It's a procedure I've wanted for ages, not only for trans-related reasons, but because it would effectively treat some debilitating cycle-related health issues I've had for a decade (severe pain, anemia to the point of fainting spells/muscle weakness, other complications...)

The issue lies with recovery. I would need assistance with my day-to-day for 2 to 3 weeks. This would include caring for my dog (who can be a handful to say the least), helping with weight-bearing restrictions, and other tasks. I do not know anyone in my city, and my only family member is currently unable to visit. My friend, Harm, is willing to fly in to help, but the cost of travel and supplies is a bit hefty for our current circumstances.

All funds raised will be going into the ticket price and any necessary supplies for the recovery period. Any assistance or spread of word is greatly appreciated.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Insurance and doctors are being finicky about scheduling, and I've been told there's a good chance I won't know a date/insurance confirmation until as little as one-two week(s) before the operation day. I would've preferred to have a confirmed date before posting this fund, but I also can't afford to waste any time.
