Assistance with restoring our well & water

On September 28, while my son was taking a bath, the water stopped coming out of the faucet. I eventually came to understand that the issue was related to the well, so I got in touch with a well service company. They initially came out and replaced the well pump and got the water running. Then later that night, the water ceased again. The well company came out the following day and replaced a valve, but that didn’t work either. They came out again and dropped the line into the well further, but that still didn’t work. They finally came out on Friday 10/6 and discovered that the issue was due to the underground line itself having gone bad. They ran a temporary above ground line just so we have running water, but told us the we need to dig a trench and replace the line permanently (and have the work done before freezing temperatures set in here in northern Vermont). At some doing during this process, the hot water heater tank went and has leaked water everywhere. So we now have running water but no hot water until the hot water tank is replaced.
I’ve been seriously struggling financially over the past couple of months. Since the historic flooding in July, I’ve had to deal with a lot of extra cleanup and time-consuming chores, which has cut down on my work hours. Then in September, COVID came through and affected the whole household. I lost another couple weeks of work getting over it myself, as well as caring for my son and my elderly, disabled mother (whom I provide care for).
We have no savings and are asking the community for help. If you are not in a position to help, I totally understand that and can relate. But if you are able to help in any way, we would be extremely grateful! Really hoping that our community can help us get back on track.
Please note that the $12,000 amount listed for the need is an estimate (based on me researching similar situations) and will be adjusted once we know what the actual numbers are (though I assume it will be in that ballpark).
