My family and I are trying to help raise funds for my sister and her husband, who unexpectedly had a medical emergency on their way to visit my brother in law’s family in NC for the holidays.  My sister, brother in law and nieces live in Florida. He is presently in the ICU in NC and has been since December 22. They have extremely high out of pocket deductibles to meet, before the insurance company will contribute to the medical costs.  At this time, his duration of his stay in the ICU is unknown.
