Standing With Family & Friends in Ukraine

 Mission: Providing Emergency Monetary 

Assistance to help Family and Friends still in and fleeing Ukraine This is Me, Natalie, and her family. Her mother, father, and elderly grandmother will remain in Ukraine. Her grandmother is bedridden and needs medical help. Her family owns a small clothing store, but all stores are closed and there is no way for them to make money. Her father is 58 years old and is not allowed to leave the country.

   (All Men 18-60 aren’t) Natalie’s parents are now hosting their family members who are refugees escaping the heavily bombed city of Chernihiv. They have taken in 8 family members, 3 of which are children. There are 11 of them living in a small apartment. Vitalik (Natalie’s cousin) just received news that his apartment building has been bombed. We are working on finding housing for them in the city of Drohobych. This however is proving to be difficult because more and more refugees from center Ukraine arrive every day.

This past year I was lucky enough to spend time in Ukraine, find my soulmate, and get engaged. I want to send aid to her family and anyone I know still left in Ukraine. They will need our monetary support for the journey and basic human necessities. The situation grows increasingly dire. And I want to do all I can to help these wonderful and amazing people who, while living in Lviv, welcomed me, and made me a part of their family. Now, I'm asking for my extended friends and family in the States and everyone they know to stand with the brave Ukrainian People fighting to keep their homeland.

 **Update** Natalie’s sisters Olga, Marta and her son Mark have made it safely to Berlin. They are awaiting refugee status and trying to find a permanent place to live, they are safe and healthy. Thank you everyone who’s donated so far, because of your donations I was able to help Natalie’s sisters reach safety. Please keep donating what you can, I will be sending the money directly to Natalie’s aunts and uncles who have small children and just escaped the heavily bombed Chernihiv.
