Assistance to get our daughter mental health help

Our daughter Hailey (Danni) needs help and we are wanting to get a civil commitment and eventually guardianship to help her get the help she needs. She is diagnosed Bipolar 1 disorder with mania, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety. We need help with legal fees for these processes. We have some guardianship assistance through the state which covers $2500 towards that. The states attorney would help with the civil commitment but that takes about 2 months with their help so we feel like we need to hire a lawyer because she is spiraling out of control so quickly. Just in the last day things have became so bad that she is threatening other people.
She is not compliant with taking her medication regularly. She makes rapid big changes without any planning such as changing jobs, planning to move, buying a car that she couldn’t afford.
She has now bought 2 dogs 2 different times that she couldn’t take care of and that aren’t allowed in her building.
She is unable to remember and choose available support during an emergency but rather posts videos or posts to social media
She spends her rent money on other people or on things other than rent. She takes out credit cards and loans and overdrawing her bank account buying other people stuff and pet food but not buying her own pets food so a week later she didn’t have food. She doesn’t have the income to pay back these credit cards or loans back. She spends all her money on frivolous things -starts go fund me pages for charities coincidentally after she spends her money.
