Hey there! My name is Eric and I am in need of financial assistance. I lost my job a while back and have since run out of money, as I do not have a source of income. I’m hoping to raise enough money to cover expenses for a few months, to help me get back on my feet.

A little bit of background:

I live in a home with my mom and brother. My mom has health challenges and a fixed income, so we try to do what we can to help her out. Actually, everyone helps everyone in our family… I guess it’s just our thing.

Anyway, when my income stopped, the two of them have pulled favors and done what they can to minimize the impact, but it’s taking a toll on all of us.

Here’s a breakdown of my minimum monthly expenses:

Childcare: $1200, Cellphone: $100, Rent: $500, Car (and insurance): $600.

In total, that’s roughly $2400 a month that I simply do not have. Would that cover everything? No. Not even close, but I could work towards a bankruptcy or whatever and move on.

My target is $7200, to cover these things for the next three months. I’m hoping to be back at work by then. Anything raised beyond this amount will most likely get used to work on my health issues, as I have a herniated disc causing pain and numbness through my arms and I need a lot of dental work.
