Hi y'all! Making one of these for myself feels awkward and weird, but I figure there's nothing to lose!

I am receiving gender-affirming surgery on September 8th, and I will have to take a month off of work for my recovery. After moving earlier this year and paying double rent for a couple months, my savings/emergency fund is pretty depleted, and I'm hoping to be able to have a small nest egg set aside to cover rent/groceries/bills before I take the time off.

Anything helps, and if you are not able to contribute financially, sharing this would also greatly help me! I appreciate everyone's generosity, and whatever is left over from this once I get back to work, I will go ahead and pay it forward and send it on to other gender-affirming surgery fundraisers.
