Dear friends and family. In sensitive times I want to ask for the help, support, and prayers for the Whyte family through this life challenge they are currently facing. As it is still a very 
fragile time I also want to respect the privacy of the family. They need our help and support in any way possible. The friends and family would like to ask for anything to help them while Juan recovers from this stroke. We all know how hard this is to even ask. Even more so to respect their wishes. They would always rather help anyone and everyone rather than ask for anything from any of us. Juan has always been so diligent in being the provider to his family so that Marjan can tackle the home front whole heartedly. He gives and gives and gives, not just to his wife and children but also to the extended family, his friends, the community, and countless students of all whom he loves dearly. In this difficult time we want to assist him and the family every way possible. If the financial burdens can be lessened this will help tremendously in this very crucial time. In love, solidarity, and all the powers of the universe, infinite gratitude.
