Assistance for the Family of Doug Pulliam

On April 19th, 2021, our sweet Daddy was called home.
I have such heartbreak. Never in a million years did we foresee this coming so soon. He was only 52. He was supposed to see grandchildren, see Nichole and Scott graduate, go off to college/ military, get married, and take Nana (his mom) out west again.
Gosh I love him. I love him so much. We all do. I appreciate him beyond words for being the best dad and the most loving son anyone could have asked for. He worked so hard, cared about us so deeply, took care of his mom, and always put family first. Doug would give anyone the shirt off his back if he had to.. We need him. Still. And I don't know how we going to do life without him in it. How we are going to walk this road.. Dad's are the first one you call when things go wrong and when you need guidance. He was always there with a plan A and a plan B for all of us when something went wrong or needed to get done.
On Easter Sunday we had just found out he had stage 4 pancreatic cancer... Then 2 weeks later, he was gone. I have no words.  It doesn't feel real. But I know he is not in pain anymore. And for that we are thankful. He did his job on earth, and now it's his time to rest.

We will remember Doug for the wonderful and hardworking man he was to everyone he met. He was such a social butterfly, and never met a stranger.

Thank you to all of you who want to donate, reach out to us, send prayers, or just read this post about our dad/son. The money that is donated will go to covering the funeral/memorial expenses, along with assisting his family with the unforeseen bills/expenses of losing our main provider, as we navigate this difficult time.

There will be a memorial service held at Macedonia Church, on Macedonia Church Rd, Blue Ridge, GA on his birthday, May 30th, 2021 at 3pm. All are welcome to attend. We would love to hear from all who knew him, and hear of all the laughs he was able to share with you.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Pulliam(73); eldest daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Cody Graham(26/27); eldest son, Scott Pulliam(18); and youngest daughter, Nichole Pulliam(14).
