Assistance for Reese

Hi, my name is Christie and This horse! It's only been 5 years since Reese came to live with me. Seems like a freaking lifetime. I cannot think of when she wasn't here with her sensitive skin, her cancer, her navicular, her tendon and her suspensory ligament problems. I can truly say I love her so much and there can never be another horse that means this much to me. We were a great team and looked out for one another, and I pray that one day we will be that team again. I have gone against everything I believe in and as a last-ditch effort to save her, I got the Hemp oil/CBD and she is a true stoner. She loves it, smacks her lips and is not a problem to medicate. I also started her on 100Equine Osteo-max and she hasn't finished her loading dose. It has been only 14 days but she has been pretty much sound and I am weaning her off the Equioxx now so we will see. I also ordered the Easy Boot/Cloud for her to be in, but I'm still waiting on the second one to get here cause I ordered 1 and I thought that meant a pair, but nope only 1 came. So with these new changes, I spent another $650.00 on her to add to the $13,000.00 I have already spent. I am just praying she will turn around. Some people must think I am crazy and maybe I am as I second guess on this horse all the time, but my heart says to keep going. sadly if these things don't work then nothing will and she will be put down. I have considered filing for bankruptcy to free up the debt, but it's not a true option for me. I am hoping to get the medications down to an affordable cost, but I know this will take time to wean her off and keep her sound at the same time.
