Assistance for Nicole

Dionarah Presinal "Nicole" and her only child lost all of their belongings in a tragic building fire.   Electricity had gone out in the apartment so Nicole left to give it time to come back on and while she was out a fire started and destroyed her building, her apartment and everything in it.
