Marnita Ramos-Guerrero and  Children

Marnita, Charisma, Juan and Mia’s home was destroyed by the May 25, 2019 tornado that struck in El Reno, OK. They lost everything in the tornado.

Baby Charisma, age 7, is still in PICU care at OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.

The mother Marnita suffered a broken neck, broken ankle and other injuries but has been released from the hospital.

Baby Charisma has gone through 5 surgeries to repair bleeding on the brain, her right arm twice and right leg twice. She has no insurance and will need trauma therapy.

The family is requesting any help for medical expenses, housing assistance and basic needs.

Marnita and family appreciate the first responders, community members and other helpers who have been their with the family since day 1 from the bottom of their hearts! Thank you!

~~ Updates ~~ Tuesday, June, 4, 2019 ~~

Marnita is still in pain and is using a wheel chair. She is continuing to heal and doing her best. 

Baby Charisma finished her 9th surgery on Monday, June 3. The doctors are anticipating 3 more surgeries. Today, she is resting and no surgeries are scheduled. 

The infection in the arm is causing the most problems and needs the most attention. The family is taking  it 1 day at a time. They appreciate everyone for the support and prayers. Thank you!
