Support for Lillyth‘s Brain Surgery Recovery

Hi my name is Carter, I am a single father living in Annapolis Valley Nova Scotia. I have no family in the province and my 8 month old baby Lillyth has hydrocephalus and has to have another surgery to put a shunt in her brain to drain the fluid. We will be in the hospital for her recovery until she is ready to travel back home.

I have had to take a leave from work to care for her during her recovery. I make sure she gets to all her appointments in the city which is 2 hours away from where we live. We need support for all expenses such as accommodations, travel, meals, and her medication and daily living expenses during her recovery and stays at the IWK hospital in Halifax.
