To those who know the Lawwill family, the last year and a half have been a tremendous challenge. Kerry Lee Lawwill (son of Mary and Kerry, father of Chelsea and Kasey, and grandfather of Sadie and Jonah) was diagnosed with inoperable liver failure in 2020. At that time he was uninsured and ineligible for government assistance. Needless to say, the struggle of helping to care for their son, including assuming financial responsibilities has been a huge financial drain on Mary and Kerry. At this time, Kerry has been admitted to Hospice of Hamilton and it appears that his time is at hand.

We are asking that those who know and love this family might be willing to help with the extraordinary expenses that have already been incurred (and will continue to amass in the days to come). Kerry and Mary would never ask or expect anyone to do this for them, but after speaking with their son, Jody and confirming with the rest of the immediate family, it was agreed to proceed with this request.
