Assistance for Jack LaSelva

Anyone who’s crossed paths with Jack knows what an amazing person he is - full of personality, that booming voice that commands a room and a heart of gold. For anyone who is unaware Jack recently underwent a spinal surgery that had unexpectedly resulted in Cauda Equina Syndrome, which essentially resulted in loss of mobility. Through physical therapy and the help of family/friends/neighbors, Jack is back home and trying to resume life as normally as possible, however, expenses have begun adding up.
