Hello all, my name is Christina, this past two years have been pretty stressful times for my family and me. Within the last year, I have had a tremendous number of hospitalizations, surgeries and serious symptoms. I have been diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), A Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, a pulmonary embolism, sick sinus syndrome causing me to faint/collapse, and chronic migraines from degenerative disease of my C spine and normal degenerative symptoms in my lower L and S spine. I also received surgery for a pacemaker and are experiencing seizures/stroke symptoms. All these medical conditions and procedures have led me to be admitted into the hospital on numerous occasions, causing extensive stressful situations and amounts of money owed for treatments, copays, appointments, etc.

These have caused me a significant amount of hardship, mentally, physically and financially. It has also left me unemployed for over 6 months and lost my job due to my current conditions.

Looking for any financial assistance to help make the transitions and treatment plans easier and less stressful. I am thankful for any help !
