Assist with Trust Expenses for Stroke Survivor

I am disabled. I had 4 strokes and now I'm in a wheelchair. I only receive social security disability. To be eligible for certain government programs, I have to reduce my monthly social security payments. I have entered into a pooled trust, which takes away from my monthly benefit. There are associated costs with the trust. I need to raise the funds to go into the trust; it has to be paid upfront

I do need the help, please help if you can.
