Assist with Michelle's Final Expenses

My beautiful Michelle passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 16th.

I have been unemployed since December and have barely been making ends meet as it is. Now, I have the loss of her SSI income, and all the expenses related to her passing. I was only going to ask for $2,000, which should cover Neptune Society costs and death certificates, but GoFundMe suggested more.

The service date is merely an estimate of the memorial date. Subject to change.

Anything will help. $1, $5, whatever.

She had expressed to me that if she died before me, she wanted her ashes spread on Maui, where we got married and had so many wonderful memories. It so happens that we had fully-paid, non-refundable reservations, so I am probably going to go there and spread her ashes where we were married. None of these funds will go towards that, as the entire trip is already paid for. The airline was willing to refund her ticket, but that was purchased with miles.

I hate asking for money, but these are unusual circumstances. Anyone who donates and wants a bottle of wine, come on by. I have plenty, and I don’t drink it.
